Are you a first aid instructor looking to develop and grow with ambitious new first aid training provider?

Meducate Training is looking for a first aid instructor to manage territories across England for Meducate Training.

The role will entail:

Seeking out new business

Marketing Meducate courses

Meeting clients

Carrying out first aid training

This is how we envisage your role working:

If you find a new client, book a course and instruct the course yourself you will receive a percentage of the course fee (initially around 40%)

If you are given a course by Meducate to train that we have sourced you receive an agreed day rate for the training.

Any courses that you book but are trained by another Meducate trainer (i.e course outside your territory) you will receive 10% of the course fees as commission.

As time goes by and you bring more money in the 40% will be gradually increased until the point where you should be receiving a maximum of 80% of the course fee yourself.

This is a new venture which started in 2011 and we are looking for motivated people that want to develop with us.

This role is not for someone who waits by the phone expecting to be phoned and given work. You would be expected to find new business yourself by phoning emailing and visiting clients.

You will receive:

• Marketing Support (Telesales and Email Marketing)

• Email Address

• Website

You will need a laptop, projector, first aid training aids, car phone and access to a broadband internet connection.

Your territory would be an agreed number of adjacent postcodes.
